Aiden was born out of a personal frustration: whenever I wanted to buy something online, it would be incredibly difficult to find the right product. Whether it was a great gift, the right pair of headphones or appropriate insurance: surely it should be possible to better assist people in their online buying journey. After all, we do the same in an offline store.
At the time, I wrote down this vision for the future of e-commerce in the well received book Customers who can't decide, won't buy. It's now the foundation of a full-fledged software platform for guided selling, used by several of Europe's largest online retailers.
