Onboarding

Every webshop starts with an introduction call. The purpose of this call is to get to know you better so we can advise you properly in building and improving the decision aids. In this call, we discuss what you want to achieve with the decision aids, which product categories within your webshop will make the most impact depending on your goal and our tips on relevant placements.

From there, you start building the first guided selling app by following our thoroughly built online checklist. This checklist is available to you online in your personal Aiden environment. We guide you step-by-step using videos with explanations and tasks to perform right away. For example, how to upload your feed, how our advice logic works, how to start matching and which placements on your webshop we recommend. When the first version of the app is ready, our Conversation Designer does a critical review and shares tips to strengthen the app. And then it's time to fly.

Sounds like a plan, right!

In the Help Center you'll find all the useful tutorials on how to use Aiden. Every question we've been asked more than once can be found here. And, above all, the corresponding answers.

Do you have a question about using Aiden and the Help Center doesn't help? Then you can always contact our support team. Ask your question using the form in the Help Center, or mail directly to support@aiden.cx. We will then help you as soon as possible (usually within an hour).

You can also directly schedule a support call, then we will advise and assist you immediately.

Best practices

Aiden is the expert in guided selling apps. That's okay, because it's all we do. We share the knowledge we gain in our Academy. Here you can read the do's & don'ts vFrom our guided selling experts.

Think about:

Content tips (reactive)

After completing the online checklist and building your first app you will of course, armed with the best practices from our Academy, continue building more apps. Should you run into a substantive challenge and ask yourself β€œhow would Aiden solve this?” , then you can always call us in.

Think about:

  • What is the right way to ask this question?
  • Which embed option do you think will work best?
  • Is the traceability so clear enough?

We also always like to get a call when your decision aid is (almost) finished so that we can still take a critical look at it. Constructive, of course. πŸ˜‰

Content tips (proactive)

We regularly check our customers' (new) decision aids. So expect an email from us every now and then with suggestions for improvements. Even if we have previously made the decision aid with you.

These suggestions are as far as possible data driven. Because from the moment your decision aid is live, we collect data about the user's behavior and the performance of the decision aid. And this, of course, provides many starting points for improvements and experiments.

Think about:

  • Do few people click through to a product? Let's see how we can improve the advice.
  • A question with a lot of dropouts? Maybe we can change it or add an image. And was that question really necessary anyway?
  • An answer that (almost) isn't given? Omit it or combine it with another answer to make your decision aid clearer.

Update calls

Once in a while, depending on the need, we propose an update call. This is a meeting in which we zoom out from the operation and strategically look at your goals and how we (can) contribute to them. This also includes a critical performance review of current guided selling application and a look ahead to guided selling opportunities.

We will also discuss recent product updates, our roadmap and your wishes and priorities for the development of Aiden.

We propose this meeting about twice a year.
