Question drop-off clarifications

We’ve made it easier to interpret the data shown in the question drop-off widget in Analytics:

• The new ‘Answered’ column shows the number of times this question was answered.
• The column ‘Drop-off’ has been renamed to ‘Did not answer’. It still shows the number of times this question was not answered (meaning a session was ended here).

These are all the question drop-off insights (from left to right):

• Total views - the total number of views for this question.
• Answered - the number of times this question was answered.
• Did not answer - the number of times this question was not answered.
• Drop-off % - the ratio of ‘did not answer’ vs. ‘total views’, i.e. the percentage of sessions that entered, but did not answer this question.

We fixed a bug that kept CSV files with zero-width-no-break-spaces from being uploaded.
